I brought Collin in for his one month check up on Friday. He is up to 11 lb. 11 0z. and 23 in. That puts him in the 90th percentile for both height and weight. This boy gained 2 lbs. and 2 inches in two weeks. We also confirmed with the pediatrician that he has reflux (it was pretty obvious). I went Friday night and got him a little bassinet thing that elevates his head and he is MUCH happier now. He still has problems with the reflux and he still fusses but he sleeps a little better now. It's a good thing because after a month of very little sleep, I was feeling desperate for a stretch of sleep that lasts longer than an hour or two.
On Saturday, we went down to Plaquemine for Joe's grandmother's 90th birthday. It just so happened that they were opening their splash park a few blocks from Mamaw's house, so we brought the girls down. They had a really good time!
Joe took this picture this morning. I was afraid the girls wouldn't like sharing a room when Collin came, but they are adjusting nicely. Sara is a snuggler : ).

What a sweet picture of the two girls sleeping. Thats good they are doing well together in the same room.
How do you like that little sleeper? We have one for Lilian. Of course since she's only 3 days old, she hasn't been able to use it all that much. :o)
Kristi, this bed was a life saver. Collin needs to be propped up for 45 min. after eating to help with the reflux. Propping up his mattress in his bassinet and crib didn't work bc he'd slide down or flop over. This bed works great for keeping him in the right position.
